This is NOTA GUIDE but a catalog. There are 26 individual workouts to choose from. These were all created and tested by me and they are categorized based on their difficutly level. Each workout will give you directions for how to perform it as well as equipment needed (with substitutions).
This is perfect to prepare for job functionality as a firefighter or to prepare for the CPAT.
This is great to pick one and do with a partner or your crew on shift.
